I believe in creating a safe, non-judgemental environment for my work with clients. I believe it is important for the therapist to try to be 100 % present with the client; whatever they are going through or have gone through and for the client to feel safe, validated and authentically listened to, in that space.

I believe it is important to tailor the therapy used in sessions to the issues faced by the client, balancing this with the client’s preference. My goal is that me and the client co-create the session and jointly decide the therapeutic direction going forth.
